No matter where you are on your spiritual journey our doors and hearts are open to you. We are people from diverse backgrounds and interests who connect for the purpose of knowing God better. If you haven't done so already, I hope you will join us for a weekend service. Gods' word is brought to life through media, visual arts, music and sermons that challenge and inspire. At Bethany Community Church we are:
Making it a priority to connect with God and one another.
Cultivating an attitude of deep love for Christ and our spiritual family.
Serving the needs of our broken world with unconditional compassion
In 1959, Ray and Edna Shepherd started meeting with a small group of people in the Horace Mann Meeting Hall in Franklin, MA. The Church moved to Milford, MA, in 1963. Two other pastors served after Ray and Edna at the little, white, New England church on Grant Street in Milford. In 1988, Pastor Phil and Cheri McCutchen, along with their children, Jason and Christi, were privileged to begin leading the BCC congregation.
God’s favor has been on this ministry in a special way. Today BCC is enjoying an expansive forty-two thousand plus square foot facility at 15 Cape Road in Mendon. BCC is also represented in the community by a Thrift Store/Sharing Center called the Blessing Barn in Milford, MA.
You are invited to join us in this journey of hope.
Pastor Phil McCutchen
